Greenwood Hospitality Group assumed management of five hotels in Monterey, Calif. The properties, all owned by Inns of Monterey, together added 359 rooms to the operator’s portfolio.
“I’ve known [Greenwood Hospitality Group principal] Bill Kohl for years, and we have every expectation that Greenwood Hospitality will be an excellent partner for the Inns of Monterey, our luxury collection of boutique hotels,” Ted Balestreri, CEO of the Inns of Monterey, said in a statement.
