Italian restaurant Fiorella‘s latest location in the Inner Sunset section of San Francisco is now home to Bar Nonnina. The intimate cocktail concept was crafted by locally based creative agency STUDIO by Lark as a moodier, more modern take on a refined nona’s sitting room.
“The design called for a mood of an affluent Milano retired in the countryside bringing the decadence of the city to a charmed space,” STUDIO by Lark says. “The color palette was inspired by a 1975 Helmut Newton portrait, Villa d’Este, taken in Lake Como.”
