The Capella Hanoi in Vietnam has expanded its F&B lineup with the launch of the Hudson Rooms, a 120-seat restaurant and oyster bar spread across the hotel’s rooftop. Hong Kong- and Singapore-based Brewin Design Office crafted the aptly named eatery in homage to 1920s New York and the renaissance of travel. The golden era is transposed into a contemporary and sophisticated concept that complements the property’s interior design by Bill Bensley.
