The MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is in the midst of remodeling the guestrooms in its Studio Tower. Slated for completion later this winter, the 700 accommodations are being reimagined with a retro midcentury aesthetic amplified with sumptuous color.
MGM Resorts International Design Group has partnered with Los Angeles-based Avenue Interior Design on the transformation. “Many of the main sources of inspiration for this renovation were based on the romantic ideas that accompany an adventurous getaway to a desert oasis,” says Avenue senior project designer MacKenzie Bergeron. “You escape the mundane and arrive in an exciting new environment that elevates your mood and awakens your senses.”
