The AC Hotel Bridgewater in Bridgewater, New Jersey has inaugurated its new rooftop venue, the Bradford. Spread across 7,000 square feet, the indoor-outdoor F&B concept evokes European soul and Spanish roots in a design executed by Briad Management Services and Built, Inc. The multi-room space, located on the hotel’s seventh floor, boasts views of Somerset County and the Watchung Mountains.
“We wanted to create a multi-sensory experience for guests, so we designed a versatile space offering different environments all under the same roof,” says Rick Barbrick, president, co-CEO, and COO of Briad. “Guests on a date might prefer the intimacy of the Library, while the Tap Room is perfect for a night out with friends.”
