Remington Hotels completed a renovation of the 200-room Hilton Atlanta Marietta Hotel and Conference Center in Marietta, Ga., led by sister design firm Premier Project Management. The $15-million project includes renovated guestrooms, conference spaces, common areas and dining outlets.
The residential-inspired lobby pays homage to the surrounding area, with the focal point a crystal chandelier. A tribute to the Southern belief that blue porch ceilings bring good luck, each guestroom ceiling is coated in a soft Robin’s egg blue.
The hotel has more than 27,000 square feet of pre-function, ballroom and meeting space, all of which is tied together with a custom Axminister carpet with floral blossom designs in coral and soft gray tones against a deep black-brown base.
