A new maintenance apprenticeship programme has been launched by Interstate Hotels & Resorts to mould future leaders in the hospitality industry.
The sector leader has teamed up with Hospitality Industry Training (HIT) and Cambrian Training to create a bespoke programme which recently welcomed its first intake of
apprentices.
The 12-to-14-month programme will provide key on-the-job training for the 13 apprentices. They will have the opportunity to attend numerous interactive online workshops as well as spend time away from their hotel environment at supplier visits and masterclasses.
