Laurel Brasserie & Bar has opened in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, translating classic European flair through a modern American lens. Casual and convivial, the neighborhood-style restaurant evokes vibrancy in its inviting interior design concept, which was envisioned by an internal team in partnership with New York-based Home Studios.
“Our desire was to produce an ambience that directly reflects the story,” says Juliana Mehic, interior design coordinator for the project, “and this was achieved through diverse visual storytelling.”
