OLS Hotels & Resorts recently expanded its presence in the western U.S. with the addition of three hotels to its portfolio: the River’s Edge Hotel in Portland, Ore., and The Getaway and The Hideaway in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif. The properties bring the company’s total number of managed properties to 30, including 24 in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Wyoming.
River’s Edge Hotel, OLS’ first hotel in Oregon, includes 100 guestrooms, a 12,500-square-foot spa with a 4,500-square-foot fitness center, 3,000 square feet of event space and a restaurant. It is located along the Willamette River, minutes from downtown Portland.
