Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Launches New Restaurant

The Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa is set to introduce its newest F&B space, Ember & Rye, next month as part of the final phase of its $50 million renovation. Both refined and relaxed, the concept by chef Richard Blais will evoke an unmistakable coastal southern California ethos via a design by Washington, DC-based Grizform Design Architects.

Overlooking the Batiquitos Lagoon, the restaurant occupies a modern, sundrenched space that reinterprets the traditional clubhouse experience. A vibrant color palette is accented by brass and black notes that complement a synthesis of contemporary and vintage elements.
