1 Hotel Central Park Unveils Sprawling 19th-Floor Penthouse

1 Hotel Central Park, which debuted in 2015 as the first New York hotel in the pioneering, sustainable luxury lifestyle brand founded by Barry Sternlicht, recently unveiled the Park Penthouse.

Spanning 2,871 square feet with 1,201 square feet of outdoor terrace space, the nature-inspired, 19th-story sanctuary comprises two guestrooms and three suites that can also be individually booked.

The 894-square-foot Elm House suite features a green wall with 236 plants, a kitchen, a living area, a king-sized bed, and a 520-square-foot outdoor dining terrace overlooking Central Park’s elm trees. Other accommodations include the 443-square-foot, ADA-compliant Pergola Terrace King; the 479-square-foot Park Terrace Suite; the 404-square-foot Alcove Studio Suite; and the 229-square-foot Terrace King.
