An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation has entered into a management agreement with Mexico-based Grupo Murano for Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, an adults-only resort, and Dreams Grand Island, a family-friendly 616-room luxury resort.
Both all-inclusive properties are expected to open in Cancun, Mexico in early 2024 as part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection.
The 400-key Hyatt Vivid Grand Island will be the first entry into the Hyatt Vivid portfolio. Designed by HOK, the resort will pay homage to Mayan deity Kukulkan, the god of the four Holy Gifts: Fire, earth, air, and water.
