Nestled into the San Bernardino Mountains in Big Bear Lake, California, alpine getaway Marina Riviera has reopened its accommodations following renovations led by a design team including management company Casetta Group, Electric Bowery, and Hausman Creative.
Casetta oversaw the project with particular focus to the restoration of the 1968 Viking-inspired lodge. “With Marina Riviera, we wanted to honor its 1960s heritage and architecture, so we returned the hotel to its original namesake and identity while upgrading the design, amenities, and overall guest experience,” says Casetta cofounder Carolyn Schneider.
