BLVD Hospitality is set to reintroduce the Georgian hotel in Santa Monica, California early next year. Steeped in Hollywood history on Ocean Avenue, the iconic property will reemerge in January, following a refresh led by London- and Los Angeles-based studio Fettle, as a bastion of culture. The Georgian’s distinctive turquoise façade and Period Revival-meets-Art Deco aesthetic will remain, bonding the property’s next chapter to its roots in Old World glamour.
