Hospitality firm Method Co., in collaboration with James Beard-awarded chef Jason Stanhope, has launched two dining experiences in Charleston, South Carolina. The opening of Lowland tavern and the Quinte oyster bar mark the completion of boutique hotel the Pinch, designed in partnership with Morris Adjmi Architects.
Located within the historic Lequeux-Williams House, a Greek revival-style building from 1834, Lowland offers various distinct dining experiences. The ground floor is characterized by a laid-back tavern atmosphere, while a more formal dining room can be found on the second. Outdoors, Ellis Alley features al fresco dining atop cobblestones and reclaimed Belgian stone.
