Brussels’ Victoria Tower (formerly the IBM Tower) has entered a new era. After two years of renovations, the Brutalist skyscraper is now home to the Hoxton, Brussels, marking the lifestyle hotel brand’s debut in Belgium.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by an airy, double-height lobby complete with a retro-style coffee bar. In addition to commissioned murals from local artists Madeleine Schilling and Claire de Quénetain, the lobby is also home to the Hox Gallery, an incubator for local talents that bonds the property with the neighborhood. (Bieke Buckinx is the first artist to showcase her works in the space.)
