Hyatt and Tambourine Unveil New Digital Tool for Event Planning

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has partnered with digital marketing firm Tambourine to launch the Event Experience Guide, a forward-thinking digital tool expected to revolutionize event planning within the hospitality sector. Announced in April 2023, this initiative aligns with Hyatt’s broader ‘Together by Hyatt’ event philosophy aimed at making event planning more customer-centric, efficient, impactful, and deliberate.

A Streamlined Communication Tool

The Event Experience Guide is crafted to improve communication between hotel sales and event teams and meeting planners, offering a range of location-specific resources designed to simplify the planning process. These resources, which include curated food and beverage menus unique to each property, comprehensive “Sustainability Fact Sheets,” and time-saving Event Success Guidelines, reflect Hyatt’s unwavering commitment to enhancing customer service in the hospitality industry. The guide is set to be adopted by medium-to-large Hyatt properties worldwide by the end of 2026, following a series of phased pilot implementations.
